Cancelling/Rescheduling Your Appointment

IMPORTANT: Your Automatic Text Message reminding you of your appointment cannot be replied to – it is a bot and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to reschedule or cancel, please text or call the spa at 509-593-9892 or email customerservice@sivanaww.com. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. When you miss an appointment with us without notice, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

With 48 hour text reminders, it the policy of Sivana Spa that, if you do not call/text/email to inform us at that time you will be billed a non-refundable, no-show, cancelation fee of 50% of the service cost.
